Philly Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

Olive oil spray for baking pan

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons minced onions (if you like onions)
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 spoon dried basil
dash of black pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, flattened
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 
  2. Combine the cream cheese, onion, garlic and seasonings. Mix well until blended.
  3. Spread each piece with 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture, roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Spray the olive oil over chicken pieces to coat.  

  1. Roll in Panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Spray the olive oil over the pieces of chicken, once more.  
  3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and browned nicely.  Super awesome!
